I spent 4 hrs of my precious day off reviewing surgical basics in Irvine. The last hour, I had my moment of "Nip and Tuck" incising a hog's mouth to perform an osseous surgery. In a odd kind of way, I found it relaxing to use a blade to make a beautiful invision and scrape all the granulation tissue. However, I decided during the next assignment of grafting connective tissue, that I wanted to refer to a periodontist. I love being a GP!
